An Elegant Jewish Wedding at Pleasantdale Chateau in New Jersey
The word *obsessed* to describe this Pleasantdale Chateau wedding would be the understatement of the century. Located in West Orange, New Jersey is an iconic and luxury venue easily accessible from New York City. This venue feels like a fairy-tale, a tucked away castle reminiscent of the French countryside with stunning architecture and a Grand Ballroom. Multiple spaces including a tiled pool room and greenery-filled atrium provide so many epic spaces for photography. This level of details is exactly why Lindsay and Zach chose Pleasantdale Chateau for their wedding.
When I asked Lindsay to describe her vision for the wedding at our very first meeting, she spoke without missing a beat. “Bringing everyone together.” She envisioned a day filled with lots of laughs and special times together. “We want this day to celebrate our epic romance as well as the people who got us here.”
Lindsay and Zach blended their Jewish heritage with a modern approach for the style of the wedding. For their ceremony, they wed in an outdoor garden outside of the venue under a wooden arch adorned with flowers and personal readings from friends. They had over 200 guests at their wedding reception. The design included mix of tables and floral styles to bring a unique feel to the event that felt colorful and elegant.
