Clients who have received delivered images are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use as outlined in their service agreement. Commercial use of any images requires Our prior written consent. We ask that You credit KM Weddings when sharing images online and refrain from edits that materially alter them.
3.3 Portfolio Use
We reserve the right to use images from sessions and events for Our portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and publication submissions, unless a client opts out in writing before the event date.
