I'm a big believer that photos should live off the screen. An album is the best way to treasure your wedding for years to come, and a wedding album fund is a great thing to add to your registry. Registries like Zola have options to add a custom fund, and it's such a meaningful gift.

Pop the confetti! This is the time to sit down at home, pull up your gallery on the big screen, and go through the story of your wedding together. I'll be in touch when editing is nearing completion, and we'll plan a date for gallery delivery when you're both available — the perfect excuse for a date night.

You'll get 25 sneak peek photos within 72 hours of the wedding - ideal for sharing! Then an extended preview of 100+ photos within two weeks after the film scans come in. The full gallery will be delivered within 8-10 weeks after the wedding, depending on my editing queue at that time.

About 2–3 weeks before the wedding, we'll hop on a final phone call together with your planner. We'll run through any outstanding questions (there always are some), and I'll come armed with questions from your completed questionnaire. We'll dot the i's and cross the t's so everyone is on the same page photography-wise for the day.

This is my "holy grail" for your wedding, with all the information I need to know. It covers everything — timeline, vendors, family photo groupings, must-have shots, what matters most to you about the day, and more. It's what I use to create our team's run-of-show for the day, and it's VERY important to a successful wedding. The more detail the better! It lives in your client portal so you can get a headstart whenever inspiration strikes, and it's due at least 4 weeks before the wedding.

Once we finalize the timeline, I put together a photo moodboard for the day pulling from my portfolio, past photos at your venue (or similar spaces), and inspiration I've been recently loving. I want it to feel intentional and specific to you — a mutual understanding of vibes without feeling like "let's re-create this Pinterest pic." I leave plenty of time to gather feedback, talk through it, and get excited together(!!)

I like to have a draft timeline in place around three months out, if not sooner. If you're already working through logistics with your planner or venue, don't hesitate to loop me in early. Photography impacts more of the day than people realize, especially everything after the ceremony. Getting into those conversations early always makes things smoother down the line!

I create a shared Google Drive folder as a place for you to drop any imagery you come across while wedding planning that's great inspo. I'll use this when I begin putting together your visual moodboard.

We consult with all our clients on elements like their outfits, design, lighting, and other elements of the day. We find it's really great to start these conversations early, and I am a rolodex of information from so many weddings!
